Critical First Steps for Family Caregivers

This workshop, offered through Sierra College Community Education is designed for anyone beginning to care for a loved one or anyone who wants to be prepared for a family member’s health crisis. You will learn the critical information needed to assist in the event of a hospitalization or a need for extended care. Content delivered in class will be supplemented by interactive exercises and worksheets you can complete at home.
